Background
Set up in 1987, Spotlight on Management Limited started out as a specialist consultancy that subcontracted its Director's business process expertise to larger organisations. Consequently its name is not well known, especially not to the end customers. Contracted to companies such as IBM and Northern Telecom, Spotlight took the business process lead in many major international change programmes – both re-engineering well-established companies and engineering from scratch significant new ventures.
Following a period of exceptional success, the Director's involvement in other ventures left Spotlight effectively 'on ice' for a few years.
It is now re-launched with a new image and a new remit – a remit based on the Director's own desire for easy access to consultancy and other services of high calibre. Hence, with the help of a range of expert associates, Spotlight on Management now provides a showcase directory of high quality business and personal consultancy services aimed at the specific needs of senior executives, directors, owner-managers and entrepreneurs.
